Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms for reservations at Curacao Luxury Holiday Rentals Apartments and Exclusive Villas.

Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, complete refund.

Cancellation from 14 days to 8 days before arrival, 75% of the total cost will be refunded.

Every day after that 25% of the total cost will be refunded.

No show: 100% of the cost will be charged.

– Children 0-2 years free, including cot and high chair

– Tax: 7% (standard rates do not include tax)

– Standard rates are based on a occupancy of the maximum number of guest per unit and a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Payment terms for reservations at Curacao Luxury Holiday Rentals Apartments and Exclusive Villas.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is payable within 48 hours after the booking has been confirmed by bank transfer to our account. The remaining 50% of the total cost is payable by bank transfer two weeks before arrival.

We can also email you a payment link for credit card payment for VISA and MasterCard, please inform us via email if you wish to pay be credit card. We can only accept credit cards with 3D security, it’s an extra security program which is offered by the cards under the names: Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.

Deposit on arrival: 300 USD in cash

This amount will be reimbursed at check-out if there is no damage to the villa.
